Abstract:
The category national security includes set of interests of the personality, society and the state which are balanced for protection of the rights and personal freedoms, safe development of all society, and statehood preservation as social institute. Subject of a constitutional law are fundamental and the most significant for society and the relation state. In turn object of national security are the absolute values which firmness is a basis of stable development of the personality, societies and the states, constructions in Russia the constitutional democratic state. The constitutional law includes institute of national security as basic provisions and guarantees of national security are fixed in the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
