Abstract:
With increase in consumption of animal resources and destruction of fauna, need of acceptance of special measures for protection in this connection Art. 258 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation providing responsibility for illegal hunting has been accepted has increased. Due to become frequent cases of illegal hunting it is advisable to consider the main directions of prevention of this penal act.
