Abstract:
The Article is devoted to definition of the status «monitoring of common processes» as the main form of international legal monitoring in the framework of the EAEU. The author considering the monitoring of the implementation of common processes within the EAEU as important legal technology implementation of integration processes that provide analytical basis for tracking various forms of own actions of legal rules governing the operation and procedures of General processes in the framework of the Union, and implementation of these standards by participants in the overall process.
