Modernization of the legislative regulation of the internationalization of intellectual property: the best world practices

The article is devoted to the problems of modernization of legislative regulation of intellectual property in the conditions of formation of the global world innovation economy. The author reveals the essential characteristics and consequences of the internationalization of intellectual property rights by the example of the state leaders of innovation development. The study analyzes the possibilities of using various mechanisms of legal integration to solve modern problems of the commercialization of intellectual property. The author comes to the conclusion that legal support for the commercialization of the results of intellectual activity is impossible on the basis of the national principle of legal protection, a gradual transition to the integration of the legal regime of intellectual property on the scales of interstate communities united by mutually beneficial economic interests is necessary.
