Abstract:

Currently, the development of the Internet network has a significant impact on all areas of public life, providing a huge amount of information to any user and encouraging its creation and distribution. Especially popular with the Internet users are social networks, which represent a new significant phenomenon not only in the network space, but also in the modern society. Their development is influenced by many components: the possibility of self-realization for a large number of people, special conditions for their participation in the life of modern society, the formation of the news flow, and the creation of unique works - literary, visual and audiovisual. In this regard, the provision of adequate forms of countering the dissemination of information prohibited by law, including in social networks, has become an urgent need.
