Abstract:
The theses are devoted to the problem of increasing the effectiveness of law enforcement activity of the state in the field of settling interethnic conflicts in the federal multi-ethnic space of the Russian Federation. The author's provisions reflect a search adequate to modern legal standards, legal and organizational designs that provide state and public security while preserving fundamental constitutional values.
