Abstract:
The article reflects the results of the investigation of criminal groups of minors of violent orientation, the specifics of the mechanisms for the formation of these groups, personal factors that cause the commission of a crime, incl. intentional homicides. Various classifications of criminal groups of minors are presented taking into account different, including author's approaches. The victimological features of victims of juvenile delinquency are considered taking into account the specifics of modern realities and the development of this type of deviation.
