Abstract:

Peculiarities of modern cyber terrorism as the most dangerous form of terrorism threatening the world community are viewed in the article. The author considers manifestations of cyberterrorism in the global information space, possibilities of which are increasingly used by terrorist groups not only to make hacker attacks, but also for society intimidation, criminal ideas promotion, recruitment, dissemination of possible terrorist attacks plans, for intelligence purposes.
