Abstract:
In recent years even more often in armed forces of the Russian Federation violation of authorized rules of relationship between the military personnel is observed that negatively affects as military about, and prestige of military service. In this regard consideration of specifics of the crime provided by Art. 335 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation represents special relevance. The main object of the crime in question is the established procedure for military statutory relations between servicemen who are not in relation to subordination. As additional objects honor, dignity, health of the person act.
