Abstract:
In article provisions of the draft federal law «About Introduction of Amendments to the Criminal code of the Russian Federation regarding toughening of punishment for production, storage or transportation for sale or it is sold the alcoholic and alcohol-containing products which are not meeting safety requirements of life or health of consumers» introduced to the State Duma of the Russian Federation on December 21, 2016 are considered and also the key questions connected with expansion of the sphere and limits of operation of the criminal legislation in this sphere are investigated.
