Abstract:
The article notes that in recent years the Government of India has implemented a number of reforms aimed at liberalizing, strengthening regulation and strengthening the financial industry. The author emphasizes that the Government and the Reserve Bank of India have taken various measures to facilitate access to finance for micro, small and medium enterprises - MSMEs. These measures include the launch of the Credit Guarantee Fund Scheme for Micro and Small Enterprises, the issuance of recommendations to banks on collateral requirements and the establishment of the Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency - MUDRA. There are four main components of the financial system: 1) financial services; 2) financial assets / instruments; 3) financial markets; 4) financial intermediaries. The basic laws governing the financial system of India include: 1) the banking regulation Act of 1949; 2) the Reserve Bank of India Act of 1934; 3) the Foreign Exchange Management Act of 1999; 4) the Act on Contractual Instruments of 1881; 5) the Act on the restoration of debts in connection with banks and financial institutions in 1993; 6) the Act on payment and settlement systems in 2007; 7) the Act on securitization and restoration of financial assets and performance of security interests in 2002; 8) the Act on Private Securities Agencies 2005; 9) the Insurance Regulatory Act of 1999; 10) The scheme of the bank ombudsman 2006 The study was prepared with the financial support of the RFBR within the framework of the scientific project No. 17-03-00093 "a" (Е.E.
