Abstract:
The present article is devoted to questions of legal support of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of investors of the Russian banks. On the basis of the analysis of the acting banking legislation conclusions of rather current state of legal regulation of a deposit insurance system of natural persons are formed. The author has considered the prospects of development of system of voluntary insurance of money on accounts and in deposits of legal entities.
