Abstract:
The Authors analyze legal regulation of the procedure of conclusion and execution of agreements, maintenance of spouses and former spouses, and in particular, legal regulation of the maintenance agreement. It is concluded that the maintenance agreement in proper form has the force of a writ of execution and may be issued directly to the execution by the bailiff service. The authors summarize that the maintenance agreement is in the signs as a civil transaction, and special transactions family law and can provide for alimony rights and duties of persons specified in the law as payers (recipients) and other persons.
