In this article, as well as in the rest of the author's works, attention will be devoted not only to the theoretical and scientific-research part of the problematic of counteracting modern fraud, namely operational-service and situational tactical measures and the initial components necessary for a full and comprehensive, qualitative the activity of the employees of the internal affairs bodies on the exposure of modern "swindlers". In the face of the ever-changing trends and realities of the digital age, most scammers have time to embark on "new tracks" of illegal activities. With the use of intellectual and technical components, unlawful elements in an eternal confrontation with law enforcement agencies are trying to take the lead. At the same time, law enforcement agencies often lag behind modern "swindlers", as often the tactics of operational and official activities are reduced to counteracting already existing criminal schemes and tactical investigations. The relevance of this work is manifested in the fact that the author considering the widespread fraudulent schemes, offers original and effective solutions that can be decisive in the operational and official activities of the internal affairs bodies aimed at preventing, detecting and suppressing crimes in such a sphere of fraud as "construction services, general consumer services ".
