Abstract:
In the article axiomatic character of human rights is proved with the base of comprehension naturalistic approach definition of human rights by formal logic method. Critically appreciating naturalistic way of law awareness author makes a conclusion about principal unprovability of statements of inalienability of human rights and their belongings to nature like paradigm on the base of that human rights have the meaning just due to law-making actions the government.
