Abstract:
The article examines the issues associated with optimization of the legislation on administrative responsibility in relation to the types and features of sentencing for offenses in the field of customs. Special attention is paid to the imposition of punishment in the form of a warning, as well as rules, objectively influencing the use of this type of punishment.
