Abstract:
Article is devoted to scientifically-conceptual and theoretical-practical aspects of again accepted legislation on service in law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation. The special attention in article addresses on ways of increase of efficiency of the considered legislation and ways of the decision of the legal-technical problems connected with this legislation.
