Abstract:
The article deals with one of the most significant trends in State and law science of finding and identifying the key properties (main faces) the rule of law in modern Russia. Accordingly provides the author's position, asserting that the fundamental rule of law priority position face factors include: the idea of the rule of law, cultivated in the historical aspect since the period of formation of the State and law, the organic relationship of the nature of the rule of law, her appointment with the laws, state legislative activities; fundamentally meaningful progressive refraction principles and requirements of the rule of law in the State of enforcement, at all stages of the process, etc.
