Abstract:
To effectively fight drug trafficking is very important application of the fundamental set of means and measures, including those involving the recognition of international law, and their smooth adaptation to the specific national legislation. Also need to bring together a global scale and the implementation of mutual borrowing of good practices in the fight against this negative phenomenon. In this regard, of particular interest is a comparative analysis of the legislation in the fight against drug crime in Japan.
