Abstract:
This article reveals the essence of the main elements of incentive system. The study analyzed the position of the sources in the system of sources of labor law, as well as the works of scholars engaged in solving theoretical and practical problems of labor incentives and incentive payments in particular. In this paper we have discussed various types of incentive payments enshrined in legal acts, as well as in social and partnership agreements at different levels. Different types of incentive payments are grouped in a certain logical sequence, based on the objectives, which are aimed at specific incentive payments. These types of incentive payments are measured in terms of validity, as well as the efficiency and the need to use them. The results of this study can be used as the basis of studies of different types of incentive payments, as well as be used to improve the system of material incentives for workers.
