Abstract:

This article is based on the results of the research the whole female convicted aliens serving sentences of deprivation of liberty. During the analysis of a number of indicators-category and type of offence, complicity, recidivist, the term of sentence, the motive of the Act, relevant to victim-identified trends and some particular characteristics.
