Abstract:
This article is based on the results of the research the whole female convicted aliens serving sentences of deprivation of liberty. On the basis of departmental statistical observation of the Federal Penal Correction Service, statistical data of the territorial bodies of criminally-Executive system, opinion polls, including a special census of convicts, Executive convicted of criminal characteristics of this category. During the analysis of a number of indicators identifies trends and some peculiarities of the prison portrait of identity condemned by women of foreign nationality.
