Abstract:
The article considers the theory of anarchism and provides a critical analysis of its fundamental provisions with respect to specific social institutions. It examines the ideas of anarchists, in relation to what is a marriage, as well as the understanding of the supporters of the education system and how should it be reformed. The study reflects the basic positions of anarchism regarding the future and the past political and legal evolution of mankind. The article also carries out a comparative analysis of class theory and ideas of the anarchists. It reveals the problems of the possibility by using the anarchist basis to build up a mechanism which would ensure the interaction of people and social control without political and legal institutions. Finally, the study concludes about to what extent you can use this theory in real social relations. Contained in article conclusions qualitatively expand the sphere of scientific knowledge in the field of theory of state and law.
