Abstract:

In article development of the domestic legislation on responsibility for crimes against an order of savings of military property after 1917, including at the present stage is considered, the maintenance of standard sources is analyzed, the conclusion that the circle of criminal infringement of military property and subjects of such encroachments was gradually narrowed is drawn.
