Abstract:

The article focus on the attempt of the fifth program Civil code of the People's Republic of China codification, the thoughts and methods using by experts on civil law codification, as well as the structure design and new content of the General Rules on the Civil Law (Draft).The future working plan and meaning of this codification will also be included in this article.
