Abstract:
This article deals with the basic problems of criminal responsibility and punishment for crimes against minors. On this issue considered the views of various scholars. Also here is given age characteristic of minors subject to criminal liability, as well as the types of penalties imposed for an offense of minors. The author examined the penalties imposed to minors. Particular emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of the author penalties imposed to minors, and the delimitation of educational measures.
