Abstract:

The article deals with the problems of ensuring the right of persons convicted to imprisonment for the realization of their hereditary rights, in particular the right to bequeath their property. Often, individuals have to realize hereditary and related rights, while in prisons. Restriction of individual rights of this category of citizens, of course, affects the sphere of hereditary legal relations. Taking into account the provisions of the law, some problems of participation of convicts in civil law turnover are revealed on the example of a property testament.
