Abstract:
Crimes motivated by religious hatred or hostility represent highly provable system. In practice, this motive is replaced by a motive of national hatred or enmity. Detection and prevention of crimes motivated by religious hatred or hostility is often of a preventive nature. Therefore, we must more carefully examine the motive of the perpetrators. You need finer control over the religious totalitarian organization, as is often the members of these organizations commit crimes. In his work, the author suggests ways of state control of religious organizations. It is also necessary to train law enforcement officers to work with members of a totalitarian destructive religious organizations.
