The article is devoted to the analysis of the law principles in the context of post-nonclassical science. It is noted that the process of legitimizing the concept of principles of law continues. In his article, the author conducts a comprehensive analysis of the various approaches to the concept of the principles of law as universal category in the history of philosophy and science.
