Abstract:

In the article the author analyzes the issue of repeated crime among probation and its prevention. By analyzing measures of prevention of repeated crimes of this category of persons the author to take them to the following activities: control of Criminal Executive Inspection and other subjects of the execution of this measure of criminal law for convicts, educational work with prisoners, forcing prisoners to comply with the order and conditions of serving of measures of criminal-legal nature by the performance of their statutory requirements and responsibilities, as well as taking action against those persons who have violated the conditions of his measures of criminal-legal nature.
