Abstract:
Task. The main task of the research was defined as analysis of the legal problems of globalization by the author. The relevance of the topic is determined by the modern legal theory, which should, along with law in general, give answers to the challenges of globalization, corresponding to the scale of the problem. Since the beginning of the 21st century the concept of a global society is becoming increasingly popular in the international scientific community. A large number of scientific works of both domestic (VV Bogatyrev, VL Inozemtsev, MG Delyagin et al.) and foreign (D. Held, A. McGrew, J. Bhagwati, R. Robertson et al.) scientists is devoted to the questions of globalization and law. Model. Along with the traditional theory of law, the author used special sociological methods of research that allow carrying out an adequate analysis of the various processes in the sphere of law. Conclusions. The article sums up some results of the research devoted to the impact of globalization on economic, political, legal and social life of nations and people. The strength and direction of the results of this impact will vary depending on many factors, among which the legal policy plays a special role. Originality / value. The author used rich empirical material, which makes it possible to add new data into the scientific use. Identifying patterns of mass-communication processes will allow enrichment of the general theory of law. This subject will be relevant for the specialists in the sphere of general theory of law and related areas of knowledge. The work is intended for students, teachers, representatives of civil society, as well as for everybody interested in the relationship between globalization and the law.
