Abstract:
Article is devoted to display of essence, the contents and features of a legal regulation of realization and protection of property rights of spouses, children, other members of family legal relationship. In it the attention is focused on use of such legal way of protection of property rights, that is personal and real estate of subjects of family legal relationship, as a civil way.
