Abstract:
In article some controversial issues arising at differentiation of structures of the crimes provided by Art. 125 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (Leaving is in danger) and structure of Art. 106 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (Murder of the newborn child by mother) are considered. The analysis existing in the theory and in practice of problems of qualification of the specified crimes is carried out.
