Features of production of investigative actions in the course of investigation of the terrorist attacks conducted by means of explosions

The presented article analyzes the main investigative actions carried out during the investigation of terrorist acts committed by means of an explosion. Among such investigative actions, the author designates inspection, examination, interrogation and appointment of expertise, the completeness and quality of which determines the success of the investigation of this category of criminal cases. An indispensable condition for the successful detection of a crime of a terrorist nature committed by an explosion is the examination by the investigator of the scene of the incident. Inspection of the place of a terrorist act committed through an explosion is one of the important investigative actions in the investigation, since during the examination the investigator identifies and collects a large amount of information that will later form the basic evidentiary platform on the basis of which information models (versions) of the event are created.
