Abstract:
The article considers the issues of development of electoral law in Western Europe in the nineteenth century Studied the problem of restrictions of electoral rights. The reasons and features of introduction and transformation of the censorship system in the formation of parliaments are investigated. The positive and negative features of price restrictions in the XIX century are studied.
