ABOUT PROBLEMS OF LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF JUDICIAL AND EXPERT ACTIVITY IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

A task - the most burning issues of legislative regulation of activity of the state and non-state judicial and expert organizations are considered, ways of improvement of the legislation on judicial and expert activity in the Russian Federation are offered, definitions of a number of the basic concepts of judicial and expert activity are given The model - the Methodological basis of work was made by general scientific, chastnonauchny and special methods of knowledge, including dialectic, system, complex, and also methods of the system and structural, comparative and legal and statistical analysis. Conclusions - Questions of legislative regulation of judicial and expert activity in Russia are most topical issues in legal proceedings, observance of legitimate rights and interests of citizens, the organizations and the state. Framework investigation / possibility of the subsequent use of results of scientific work - the Content of work can form a basis for further scientific development of the presented problems. Practical value - Separate conclusions of work can be considered in law-making and law-enforcement activity in the sphere of legal proceedings, and also in scientific researches and educational process. Social consequences - Implementation of the offers presented in work will allow to optimize judicial and expert activity, to increase quality of judicial examinations and level of legal proceedings in the Russian Federation in general. Originality/value - in work the specified definitions of concepts and new provisions of judicial and expert activity which will be useful to the staff of judicial and expert institutions, investigative and other services of law enforcement agencies, to the faculty of legal higher education institutions, students, cadets, graduate students and graduateds in a military academy are offered.
