Abstract:
The article refers to administrative supervision as the means of preventing criminal recidivism. The author has analyzed and criticized certain provisions of the Law of administrative supervision. There is no doubt that the criminal law in any way worsening the position of a person who has committed a crime shall have no retroactive force. Unfortunately, the law in question is a flagrant exception to this rule.
