LEGAL REGULATION OF SOCIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE STATE IN MODERN RUSSIA

According to Art. 7 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation Russia is proclaimed a social state. The article presents the analysis of the current state and prospects of development of legal regulation of social function in modern Russia. You can select some basic directions of realization of social legislation: the pension legislation; the legal regulation of social benefits; provision of targeted social assistance to the population, and a separate area of legal regulation is the implementation of national projects. A social legislation serves the legal form of implementation of the social functions of the state, since the development of social legislation promotes effective social policies. It is noted that the development of regulatory activities of major social state continues, as evidenced by contemporary social legislation. The article suggests possible ways to improve social function.
