Abstract:

The article discusses the flow conditions of the deferred sentence drug addicts. In view of the previously conducted analysis of the institution responsibilities of this category of prisoners, the order of execution of prisoners and control over execution of the authorized bodies, the author offers basic directions of perfection of the law Institute.
