Abstract:
In the submitted article the international mechanisms of fight against terrorism and transnational organized crime are analyzed. The author has investigated separate aspects of the international cooperation of the states within activity of the universal and regional international organizations; the conclusion is drawn on existence of large-scale legal base on the studied perspective and preservation of problems of ratification of the international acts and implementation of separate norms. The ways of counteraction to international cooperation are proposed by intensifying work on effective functioning of existing mechanisms of international cooperation within their legal systems.
