Abstract:
The article discusses some measures for the prevention of crime, committed on motives of political, ideological, racial, national or religious hate or hostility in regard to some social group. Prevention measures identified on the basis of factor analysis of crime this category with the help of the study materials of the investigative and judicial practices. Objective: to identify ways of improving the system of prevention of crime, committed on motives political, ideological, racial, national or religious hate or hostility in regard to some social group. In the study of the problem, the following methods were used: analysis and generalization of judicial and investigation practice, survey, questionnaires and interviews. Application results. The results of the study can be used in activity of subjects of prevention of extremist crimes.
