Abstract:
Article is devoted to research of essence, the contents and purpose of the mechanism of a legal regulation of management as public health legal relationship. In it are presented: definition of concept, essence and features of the mechanism of legal regulation in the sphere of public health legal relationship; subjects of administrative activity in system of subjects of health care; the mechanism of relationship of subjects and participants of public health legal relationship with public authorities and local government in the course of realization and protection of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.
