Abstract:
We formulate the problem of the use of official status to civil servants involved in the management of state affairs. Examines the legal mechanisms and the rule of law so as to avoid such negative social phenomenon of corruption in public administration. Analyzes the general administrative principles in the context of the constitutional principles of government.
