Abstract:
The article shows the criminological picture of crime in the sphere of labor relations based on the generalization of judicial and investigation practice, sociological surveys among various categories of the population. Analysis of factors determining criminality in the sphere of labor relations, allowed the author to identify some of the ways of countering this phenomenon. Purpose: to determine effective ways of combating crime in the sphere of labor relations on the basis of factor analysis. Used sociological methods: survey, survey among various categories of the population, the analysis and generalization of judicial and investigation practice. The scope of the results. The results can be used in the activities of bodies dealing with suppression of crimes in the sphere of labor relations.
