Abstract:
The article examines some problems of execution of punishment of non-adults, offers some directions of the improvement of criminal and criminal-executive legislation. Objective: to identify some ways of improving the institute of punishment of non-adults. The following methods were used: analysis and generalization of judicial and investigation practice, sociological methods (survey, questionnaire, observation). Application results. The results can be used in activity of the bodies executing punishment against minors, while teaching in universities in the discipline «Penal law», in scientific papers.
