Abstract:
The article considers the loan as a subject of crimes in the sphere of lending. Conducting the study, the author notes the interdisciplinary nature of the matter under consideration, the result of which is based on the norms of civil legislation. Through the comprehensive analysis of this issue through the study of legal rules and points of view of scientists, the author comes to the conclusion that the commodity and commercial credit is the subject of the crime under Art. 176 of the Criminal Code are not.
