About the question of non-typical sources of law in the theory of law based on the analysis of legal approaches to the structure and nature of the sources of European Union law in the domestic legal science

Background: The aims of the article are to find new meanings of the term "non-typical sources of law", at first, to investigate the possibility of the existence of non-typical sources of law as distinct legal phenomena by analyzing legal approaches to the structure and nature of the sources of European Union law in the domestic legal science, at second. This research field is sphere of knowledge of scholars about sources of the European Union law. Methods: As far as research methods are concerned, the author used such methods as analysis, comparative method, systematic method and method of legal prediction. Results: The author of the article distinguishes the groups of sources of law of European Union, which can be called as non-typical sources of law. Also the author of the article marks the reasons behind this feature of some sources of law of European Union.
