Abstract:

The article analyzes such problems of realizing the human rights function of the modern Russian state as the formation of mechanisms for interaction between the prosecutor's office and the Commissioner for the protection of entrepreneurs' rights aimed at increasing the effectiveness of protecting the rights of business entities. The author suggests some ways to resolve the current situation.
