Abstract:

The article determines the socio-political, socio-economic, organizational, managerial, moral and educational determinants of public calls for extremist activities. On the basis of the aggregation of factors that contribute to the Commission of public calls for extremist activities, the article identifies some of the measures to neutralize them and minimize. Objective: to identify factors responsible for the commission of public calls for extremist activities, to develop effective preventive measures of this crime on the basis of factor analysis. The following methods were used: comparative, content analysis and generalization of judicial and investigation practice, sociological methods (survey, questionnaire, observation). Application results. The results can be used in activity of subjects of prevention of public calls for extremist activities.
