Abstract:
Purpose -research of problems of competitiveness in Old Russian legal proceedings. Methodology - the analysis of approaches and views of researchers of competitiveness problems in lawsuit of KievanRus'. Results - in article features of treatment of elements of a transition period from pre-class society to the state approach in respect of social mission of court are analyzed. Originality / value: this article touches on issues, the traditional ideas of stagnancy of traditional representations of native persons of Russia of justice and equality of the parties demanding a certain revaluation during judicial proceedings.
